Homeownership sucks sometimes. Houses are easy to buy but a bitch to sell. All the improvements you pay for and put into your home rarely get rewarded when you go to sell. And when you think you made a great investment, fixed up your "investment", and go to sell, the nice profit you thought you would make is shaved away by commisions, capital gains tax, ect. ect. ect. Ive got two homes in Savannah Georgia and a home in Puerto Vallarta Mexico. Anybody want to buy? I'm not bitter. Just too House rich at the moment. Wife loves to buy really big ticket items.
