Default Home Link, help someone!

I recently purchased from x10.com a compatible Home Link lighting kit which included:
1) Remote Control
2) Transceiver
3) Wall Switch module
I installed everything and programed my Home Link in my 2003 H2 as per the instruction manual and it doesn't work.
It will function fine with the x10 remote control, I am able to turn on/off the porch lights but with the H2 Home Link Buttons, nothing happens.
I erased and reprogramed more than once just to verify that I was doing it correctly, but still N/G!
I haven't called Home Link or X10 yet for help, perhaps someone here can help!

Being from x10, I'd call to see if it's compatible with the Home Link??

If it says so, Home Link would be your only option.

I have a LiftMaster garage door openerwith the rolling code and it works great(the xtra button) to turn on/off my light on the garage door opener!!

I can't get the Homelink to work with my LIFTMASTER. Owners manual said something about if it is MFG in Canada (sorry Bob) that you need an adapter. Is that true? If not, what is the secret?

Nope, you just need to do the Canadian Programming in the manual:

Do #'s 1 and 2, then do the Canadian Programming, then go right to #4 and continue!!!

Thanks, I'll try it again. I have actually tried this 2-3 times and gave up but I'm getting tired of having that stupid garage door opener clipped next my HOMELINK

I know I had to do it a COUPLE TIMES as well!!

I just did it for the Escalade and somehow DELETED all of the programming, even the hand hel remotes, so I had to do them ALL again!!

Make sure you do the step where you press the LEARN button on the opener itself!!!

I contacted "X10" corp. whom I purchased the supposidly Home Link compatible equipment from. And they told me that their equipment is in fact Home Link compatible. I then contacted Home Link and they said that I would have to purchase a "Vehicle interface" module from them. Which looks identicle to the "X10" version which I already have. So reluctantly I went ahead and purchased the "Vehicle interface" from Home Link. Now I'm waiting for its arrival....I'll keep you all posted....Safari Hummer H2.

UPDATE: Hello Friends,
I removed X10 Wireless Interface Module andinstalled HomeLink's "Vehicle Wireless Interface" and all works fine! I am able to turn on and off my porch lights from my vehicle. I contacted X10 and informed them that their Wireless Interface Module is not compatible with the Homelink system.

Good to know. I was thinking of doing something like this for my H1s so I don't have to use the garage door openers.
