The western conference is set. The Wings clinching the PRESIDENTS TROPHY .....FOR THE 6TH TIME!!! WATCH! 17TH STRAIGHT PLAYOFFS season, the most current consecutive playoff appeareances in professional sports.

Wings will dust Nashville in four, first round; after that ??????? Calgary will be tough, so will the Sharks, but I think/hope it will come down to Detroit and the Ducks for the western finals. That will be a freeking awesome series, physical, skill, fights, it's all good! [sm=smiley20.gif]

I will be watchin the east the next couple days to see how it pans out. I do not expect Pitt to make an early exit this year, they have some tenacity. It is a long increadibly grueling trip to the finals though.

 

as is typical with all Philly teams, the Flyers (choke, choke) got bumped to number 9, so at least they can get some extra rest until next year . . . .
