Default High Beams vs Low Beams

I noticed my low beams are stronger than my High with stock bulbs
Why is that?

Check your light throw positioning, they may be off.

You might be used to cars with separate bulbs for high/dipped beams.

The hummer h3 uses a single bulb with two filaments (hi-lo). When the high beams are activated the low beam filament is not powered, whereas in some cars with separate hi-lo headlights (bulbs and all), the low beams stay on.

it's just the way it is I think and really it isn't that great.

Mine seems like that too, but i guess the fog lights add alot to the low beams. When the highs are on the fog lights turn off

You could using a Diode and simple wiring to have both elements light upwhen you turn your high beams on, You can also rewire the fogs to come on and stay on with the high beams, Thus giving you a All on High and Fogs on with High beams!!

I thought the same thing ........but I turned on my high beams and went out of the car to check and the fog lamps remained lighted.
