When I ordered my hid's from them it was the holiday season so things took a bit longer then normal but if you dont get them by monday I would give them a call. Or you could call up to ask for the tracking number, the lights for the most part are plug and play. There hi/low system I believe has a pneumatic switch that tilts the bulb to give you high beams and I believe that needs a direct connection to the battery. It should be hard to do overall though and you will be pleased with the difference in light you get.

I hope you mean it shouldn't be hard to do . Do you have a ddm hid kit? if so were did you mount the ballast?

Lol yeah It "shouldn't" be bad. For my head lights I mounted the ballasts on the "floor" of the engine compartment with double sided tape. There is a spot that curves up some on each side and I put the tape their and pressed it down had them for a good 6 months and still holding good. The fog lights were a bit more tricky, I found a vertical bar on each side that I zip tied the ballast holder to and then 3m taped the middle of the holder down the metal bar for added support. If you just zip tie them the ballasts will sway back and forth and eventually the ties will break. It happened to me first time I mounted them with just the ties and with it swaying. When I got time to go back and redo the mounting of them which was 3 months later as soon as I touched the ballast the ties broke. I lucked out it would have sucked if it broke while driving. I dont have the hi/low set I just bought 6000k set for my headlight and 8000k for foglights. I did get a light set with the halogen high beam and hid low beam but the high beam really didnt throw good light in the housing the bulb was too small for the application. Here is a picture of how my hid's came out.

Did u have any issues with your DDM Hid kit turning on with the automatic light turn on?. When my auto lights turn on ( at dark) both lights flicker once and turn off then i have to turn the light **** on and off 2-3 times to get the lights to turn on.. I bought the slim H13 hi/lo kit which comes with a relay. DDM told me that i need to disable the auto turn on?? and i do have my DRL fuse pulled out (39)

I have the regular not slim ballasts there is no external relay or igniter everything is inside the ballast. I didnt pull my DRL fuse I just drive with my lights all the time since hid's are supposed to last, many times longer then regular bulbs. I am really unsure what the problem could be for you, it doesnt seem like a wiring problem since your saying they do come on after switching it a few times. Keep me posted with your problem its kinda interesting if I think of anything ill pm you.

raising the dead here. i'm trying to install a bi-xenon hi/lo set (h13) and fog lights on my sisters 2006 h3. I'm having a similar problem where 2/3 of the time only the passenger side hid is lighting. the driver side flicks on for a second but then goes out. i read online that some said i need a 'relay harness'. i wired up the lights using a relay and they both lit the first couple times, then went back to acting up with only one lighting up.

i didnt try disabling the drl's i will try that tomorrow. any other ideas?
