I got this HID kit which is supposed to be plug and play but Im having no luck so far so I'm hoping someone else has figured this out. Since I received no instructions, it looks to me like the harness that went to the old bulbs should plug into the new ballast. After that I get confused. There are 5 wires coming from the new bulb. Two with adaptors that match up perfectly to two wires coming from the ballast. So I figured this was all I needed to connect and the others were only used if I had a different ballast. A third wire is exactly the same as the one going from the truck to the old bulbs. Then I have 2 other wires, one black and one red that have "male" connectors on the end. I tried hooking everything up leaving the last 3 wires from the new plugs unused and the foglights don't work. I tried switching everything to make sure one of the bulbs or ballasts weren't bad, but that's not it. I also checked the fuse and that's good too. These seemed really simple but as I usually find with my projects, that hasn't been the case. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'll send pics tomorrow. Your bulbs didn't have 5 different wires? 2 match up with the ballast but the others I'm not sure about.
