I wasn't sure what to think about that response to your son either. I didn't think it was something that should have been posted in a public forum like that. I don't think he meant it as bad as it sounded though. I think his intentions were good, but I understand how it must feel in your situation so it goes both ways I think. He probably could have PM'd it to you or been a bit more supportive. I dunno. It's hard when you don't know people in person.

If there is one think Mike has taught me the past few months is that people on here take **** too personal, and that things are usually taken the wrong way because idiots like me don't read them properly or misunderstand. It's pretty easy to do on the internet. Honestly, I think Stan is a little bit too emotional on this forum and takes things way too personal. I don't understand why for somebody that says he's been a moderator and admin of other sites. It doesn't make much sense to me to be honest. He seems like a good guy, I just think he needs to work on how he words things to get his point across. He just seems like a roller coaster of online emotions 90% of the time. You say one little thing wrong and all the sudden he wants to leave the forum, and how many times has it happened? More then I have said it

I like Stan, but I honestly have to agree with Mike on this. I don't know why Cecil/Cletus/shorty wants to be de-modded either. He feels like this is some kind of huge burden that he doesn't deserve or some weird ****. I'm still trying to understand that one.

Either way, I think people need to chill the F out and relax. It's just an internet forum. It's not like we are all at a bar talking **** to each other and even if we were, I seriously doubt it would be serious enough to get all googly woogly about it

 

Shorty wanted to leave because he is sick of muddy and his chit. The comment in the thread about my son was the topper and as a father, pushed him over the edge. Shorty and I are very good friends, I talk with him more than anyone here really and he knew about what happened to my son a month or so before I posted it. He had/has sincere concern for Sean and reading stans post really pissed him off, adn made him realize what kind of a dik he is. I have talked to shorty and he has contacted Patrick asking to stay on the moderator team.

As far as MD goes, it's been a long time coming...the dude is nuts. He all out rips certain new people just cause he doesn't like them...like mrdr1 and about 5 others that have recently happened, but when Shorty and I tell off that daytona hummer dude cause he made his 3rd post a post attempting to attack me and othersmuddy posts this in the mods room "Everybody starts at zero... and nothing sucks worse that joining a new site and the staff jumps your ***... Members now a days are sick of the stuff that is said to them... especially when they are new... he just defended himself... he didn't start anything..."
Seriously...WTF is that about? I proved that he was not defending himself and that he DID start the entire thing and MD just has a smart *** comment about it. anyway...pot, meet kettle.

This I can promise everyone here....if he makes one more snide comment about my kids...IN ANY WAY...I will be taking an hour drive with my friends Smith and Wesson, Remington, and browning.
