Just wanted to say Hi. Only posted a couple of times and thought this may be the place to find out some info to my questions. Now bare with me, what I am about to ask may seem totally sensless and most of you off roaders may never understand and actually hate me for asking, but I will anyways. I want to buy a salvage H2 Hummer or even just the Hummer body with doors and hood and create a custom vehicle but don't know of any websites to find salvage vehicles or actual H2 body panels and parts and trust me I have searched many different H2 terms.

The reason I am doing this is because I really think the H2 SUT looks awsome when it is lowered as in the picture I have attached to this post. I know this sounds ridiculous but I am into Street and Sport Trucks and since I seen Ekstensive Metal works Gold H2 Hummer and I think this Black SUT that I am pretty sure they buit to, I can't stop thinking about doing this. I really don't want to waste the suspension of a practically brand new Hummer and toss the frame and just keep the body. I should also say that I only want this vehicle to be 2 wheel drive and want it to be a lot lighter and more fuel effient than the original Vehicle.

I have found vehicles with the same wheel base or close to it and also considering buying a custom frame. I have attached a link to the following pics to give you guys an idea of what I am attempting to do. I just don't know where to find salvage H2's. The only websites seem to be scams. I would even consider buying body parts from different places.

The SUT is different looking that low.
Just have to keep searching or get one with hight miles for a low price.

 

Yeah... keep your eyes open for a stolen and stripped ride....
