Depending on what your climate is it could be normal or pointing to an issue.
When the truck is shutoff after reaching full operating temp, heat soak from the engine block will get coolant temps higher and the radiator cap will eventually let it vent into the overflow tank. If too much coolant is vented into the tank it will fill it and spill out into the engine bay through that hose. Hotter weather will lead to more engine heat so more coolant will overflow. What you could do is
1. When the truck is cold, check the coolant isnt above the cold level mark in the overflow tank. If more, then you may have over filled it and it will keep overflowing until you reach the proper level (keep in mind again that summer weather will tax the coolant more than winter so that cold level may vary abit)
2. If the level is too low, check the pressure cap, it may be releasing coolant earlier than it should and overfilling the tank.
