ok, so i feel that this thread is a good one to discuss the possible "ladies lounge". at one of my other forums, we have the ladies lounge, and only women are allowed to post in it. everyone can see it, but all posts by guys are removed. this gives women a chance to discuss things without having to worry about guys ridiculing them for it. we also found that at this other site, it improved the number of female members...however, this is a far more mature forum than others...

thoughts?
