I had a problem with my H3 and the driver window and door locks intermintently blowing each fuse when I set the parking brake. The dealer said the wire harness is located behind the parking brake and when used would pinch the wires and short, blowing the fuses. This happened about 4 times before they finally found it. Not sure if this has anything to do with your problems but its worth a look.
