Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't believe that the H3 ever came without power mirrors. I've looked in the owner manual for 2006 thru 2010, and every one of them refers to the controls for the power mirrors. None say "if your vehicle is equipped...", which is typically used when they are discussing any optional feature elsewhere in the manual.
