Help with actual part name

I'm trying to figure out what the bar with the bold on it to lock the rear axle to the body is called? Ill snap picks later but mine has a gap between the nut and the rod and will not tighten any more ={

I believe its the rear upper control arm im not quite sure though

Isn't that the panhard rod? That bolt should allow for alignment of the rear axle. If I am correct about it being the panhard rod.

Its a bds rear upper control arm awesome is they replaced it for freeXD totally my fault too.
