I have an 03 H2. Tonight I backed into a ditch and was stuck to the point that I had to be pulled out. Once I was out, I found that my brakes were acting like they were going out and I had NO power steering. I coiuld not get my H2 to go into four wheel drive while I was stuck. Any suggestins? I had to leave it parked at someone's house because it was IMPOSSIBLE to stter!

 

Sounds like you either threw the power steering belt or smoked the power steering pump. The brake system gets its pressure from the PS pump, your problems are very much related. You might check to see if you didn't pop one of the hoses, but I'd doubt it.
