Hello from Seattle!
Hello, I'm a brand-new owner of a 2006 H3 that I am enjoying and fixing up to better than original condition. I've done a ton of the little things, but want to know if there are other mechanical things to know in owning one of these.
2006 H3 I5, 140,000 Miles
Recent work: Thermostat and hose, Transmission service (Fluids & Filter) Front and Rear Diff fluids changed.
Near future projects:
Brakes, Shocks and Struts, Ignition Coils and Plugs, New Main Belt, Tensioners and Bearings. What else am I missing?
Thanks in advance for your opinion and help!

Well thanks guys. To 3hummers, There weren't any service records to speak of, and having read the threads here I'm a little concerned that I bought an 06' but things look pretty good all around.
Did do wiper blades and lots of cosmetic things to start. Today it the Plugs/Coils and then the Main Belt and Tensioner. Can't see anything that alarms me except there was a obvious small fire (electrical) that seems to have gotten the harness to melt a bit. I'll post a couple of pics. I've looked hard for a fault or issue and there just isn't one. Runs like a champ.
