Hello everyone
Well, as the title says. I'm came here to learn more about my favorite off-road-only brand. Why are hummers my choice? Because they really can go places out of the box that most other 4x4s just can't, and also because diehard Jeep fans have come across as over dramatic, emotional and insistent on the fact that their Jeeps are just so much better than Hummers for so much less money. While I keep an open mind and love to hear everyone's opinions, sometimes it can be too much to listen to Hummers taking the **** all of the time.
As for me, well I like everything to do with the outdoors, whether it be hunting, camping, the two combined, fishing, etc. etc.
I'm interested in acquiring either an H2 or H3 hopefully within half a year, if all goes as planned that is. The original hummer, although far nicer and more capable is still too much $$ for me and as far as I know a lot more finicky as well. I not being able to do the really technical stuff myself, and not wanting to drive long distances to see someone who can work on a vehicle like that, figured it would make more sense to get an H2 that I could take to the GM dealer. Also, if you can't already tell from what I've written so far, I'm getting the truck to do exactly the chores it was initially designed for. Not to put rims and rubber on it that physically can't even go off pavement, or to pose in front of night clubs or in shopping mall parking lots.
That's it for now, I'll be lurking about the forums in search of new knowledge. Have a good day guys!
Kind regards,
Rob
