My neighbor has an H3 and we are trying to install h.i.d's in it... Problem we are running ito is that the h.i.d. bulbs have these 2 prongs on them and usually you would plug the metal prongs into your wiring harness but they are to big... He did order the h13 bulbs as that is what the factory bulbs are... If anyone has had this problem or knows what to do about it I would appreciate it... Thanks...

 

Hes done hid installs before just never on a h3...

 

If he ordered HID bulbs it's possible they are Xenon HID's and if so then he would need to install a Kit which consists of ballasts as well as a new plug that plugs into the wire harness
