Headlight Problem

On my '08 Alpha H3 I pull the headlight stalk for high beams and my fog
lights and headlights go OUT! Any idea what could be wrong? Thanks

both high beams are blown?

The fog lights always turn off when you "click" the brights on an H3.

I've been searching for a solution here on HF. Other people with other trucks have worked a bypass so when out in the wild, the brights AND the fogs can both be on. Hopefully someone here knows.
