Headlight Aiming question

Headlight Aiming question
I recently bought Sylvania SilverStar Ultras, put them in my 06 H3, and needed to re-aim them. I followed the manual, parked it 25 feet away, measured to the "dot" on the middle of the headlamp, etc. I aimed my low beams on a wall, and they are level. But when putting on high beams, they aren't level, they are off-set. If I level my high beams, then my lows aren't level, they are offset. Any suggestions? I had the guys at Advanced Auto Parts stumped too.
Please help!

I'm guessing one of your new Silverstars has a manufacturer defect, and the filament (either Hi or Low beam) is out of correct position, in relation to the other filament within the bulb itself.

The left headlight is always supposed to be aiming lower than the right (assuming you drive on the right side of the road like in N. America), and when driving into oncoming traffic shouldn't you be worried about aiming the low beams?
For that matter you can aim them anywhere you want, I have no idea why level would be important?
Say................ you wouldn't be an engineer would you????

I would take them back and get my money back and call them "incompatible" ... Too many people don't give a crap about their headlight upgrades even when they are blinding oncoming drivers. So I'm guessing the manufacture has very few complaints.
Thank you for your due diligence nd for trying to do It the "right way".
