I dont' see why not, it looks like there's O2 sensor bungs before and after the cats. I'm just trying to figure out what the hell the little flanges are welded to each main flange.......
Also I've always been curious how these aftermarket cats work compared to stock cats. Aftermarkets always look so much smaller than OEM.
I just ran mine through emissions last week, 06 with 42k and it barely budged the needles.

Our great state of California in their infinite wisdom has deemed that emissions testing in the other 49 states is too lax. We have to buy california emissions legal motors for our cars, trucks, motorcycles and yes,,even our generators. it sucks.
