As far as the leak, the mechanic pressure tested the cooling system and nothing showed up. Wouldn't you think if there was a leak, it would leak under pressure? Stated earlier, if it were a cracked overflow tank it should have showed up on the pressure test. Its frustrating that I know there is a leak and can't find it. She is being stubborn. Thanks for all the replys!

 

a leaking weephole on a waterpump wouldn't show up on a pressure test... well.. not until a bearing was gone...
