Have to set the temp to 90 to get heat! HELP!

I have a 2004 H2, just out of the blue the heater quit putting out heat. Just playing around I kept turning the knobs, it wasn't until I turned it up to 90 that I had heat coming out of the vents. If I turn it down even one click I have no heat. With the cold temps her in Oregon right now and having to be constantly adjusting the knob it's getting annoying! :(
Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Their is a board that controls the air mixture when you turn your heat below high or 90 degrees. My 06 had this issue years ago, it was explained to me by the dealer like this. If your heat isn't on high (90 degree) it's running the a/c to mix that air with the warm in order to maintain your cabin temp at your setting. When I asked why run the a/c and not use the vent air they told me cause it would be impossible to regulate since the outside can and will fluctuate as you simply drive down the road. The dealer called it a mixer board and said it regulates the amount of a/c with the heat.

Okay, I've read about that...so is it a reset or replacement issue? Thank you for replying! :)

I would say you need the board.

Thank you for the info. I'll start pricing new boards.
