Good one Dennis! Technically, you'd be correct, updating the pics
once I sell it means I'd have no pics.

I can put some pics in the gallery.....If I could figure out how to do it!
I went into "my profile" and didn't see where I can put my pics in there.
I'm sure I'm missing something obvious......hints? pointers? What am

I had a similar problem with one of my rental properties, I was LUCKY enough to have the guys DAD as a co-signer, so I had to take him to small claims to get my CA$H as the son turned out to be useless!!

 

That sucks!!!! After al the trouble with getting those wheels set up right!!!! I know what you mean buy the renters!!! My GF is going through the same BS with 3 houses!!!!

 

What ever happened to the H3? Did he sell it?

 

Looks like it is still for sale on e-bay. He should have saved the dough that was spent on the wheels in case of emergency with the rentals, bad decision to buy expensinve wheels if your basics are not secure already.
