I'm confused

So are you selling these now? I'm not familiar with this product. I've seen them on eBay but from what I understand, they are not LED's. So is he selling the modifications to those types of lights or is he offering to sell the entire light sets with the LED's already with them??? And do they plug right into the stock connector???

Any help with an explanation would be appreciated.
