the clips on my hood louvre has broken and on the highway it flaps around?
is it common?
will they fix it ?

 

Have not heard of anyone having this issue or not. based on the way you bounce your truck around you may be more prone to something like this than many. I would say it should be covered under warranty unless there is obvious damage to the louver or clips.

There is no such thing as to much off roading Bob. Just wait and see, you keep hitting those speed bumps in mall parking lots and you could have the same problem

I haven't seen or heard of that problem before. Should be under warranty. I agree never too much off roading.

 

One car wash I frequent has made me agree to a disclaimer that the giant blow dryers may break the hood vent as air gets under there and breaks the plastic clips. It hasn't happened to me but apparently it happened at some point.

 

Just duct tape it back on...............
