Happy Birthday America From Muddy Acres!
It was on trail J where Cris took the picture of his 3 wheel shot where he said "This is a GREEN trail?" I took the group a little further up and went down J-2 which is a downhill trail. When I was going into it, I was on the huge rock and I slid off. I heard a loud thud and I didn't think anything of it. Later that night, Brook pointed it out. I knew right then that the thud was the rock hitting the rim. The sidewall is fine, just a little scrape and the rim isn't leaking so I am just going to leave it. Every time I turn around, they are getting more expensive!!! They are $365 a piece now so I don't exactly feel like buying a new tire every time something happens. I have yet to hear of anybody blowing a sidewall with these tires. I just hope I am not the first to do so!
I owe it all to you people. Never in a million years would I have imagined that I would have spent this much on a vehicle in mods. Don't get me wrong, I love it but it is very easy to get out of hand! On this trip, I was given another idea. So here it is! They are wire tied for now. I am waiting to hear from my father's friend to weld some tabs onto the bumper. I kind of stole this from Stan, but I like them. Already, my parents yelled about it. My mother told me I was retarded and my father said "I wasn't his kid, and I should get curb feelers and fuzzy dice for my mirror" What a bunch of kidders... They will be removable for when I am not wheeling, but they will be on there just in spite now!

What did you come down on to crack the rim and puncture the tire? Is the sidewall shot? Leaking air? If not use it as a second spare.
