It's actually kinda tough. The H2 headrests are a leather covering over foam, but the H3s are foam injected -- so there's no way to separate the leather off. That is, at least, if you want to be able to put them back together and look normal.

I stopped bidding after the first day. I'm sure if we wait there will be more available and they will be drastically cheaper.

I KNEW IT! We've all been set up! We all need to keep in mind that Hummbob is the one who started this "mess", and now he's trying to rake in the coin. I know whomever gets them will be happy, but rest assured, when another set of black ones comes up, THEY ARE MINE, and I'll be sending a PM to good ol' Hummbob (AKA Twinkle Toes, and possibly related to ebay ID dcramers) to [sm=shutup.gif]

 

I think HummBob's been breaking into H3x's and stealing headrests and selling them on ebay. It's funny how he just happens to know when a set of the hearests goes up for sale and he doesn't even own an H3. I got your number HummBob...the gig is up!

 

Now that you mention it, it does seem awful strange that Hummbob, H2 owner, knows immediately when the only 2 H3x headrests sold on ebay were listed. I know you can save a search and be alerted by ebay when they come up, but WHY would Bob be looking for H3x headrests. Conspiracy theorists, start your engines!!!

 

Actually, I'm a NOOB!!!

My way of RELAXING at nite B4 bed is to read THIS FORUM(1st), then go to eBay and type in the search word HUMMER. I then look at EVERYTHING that ends in the next 24hrs(to see if there's anything I wanna SNIPE), then see the NEWEST listings for the last 24hrs(same reason, but SOMETIMES there is something I want with a BUY IT NOW)I do this EVERY NITE!!! So I ONLY have to see the 1st/last 24 hrs!!!
