I am experiencing a low thump after a 1-2 shift with no load around 2000 rpm. Sometimes 2-3 shift. Also, sometimes hear similar thump immediately after stop. This is a very light thump and would not be detectable unless you are very familiar with your vehicle. Also, I have an H3 now and have owned three H3's since they came out in 05 so I am very familiar with the ride , drive, etc. Have not had to dealer yet, as from experience their diagnostic skills are very weak and since they are 90 miles away, I like to point them in the right direction (I am an automotive engineer so I am familiar with the mechanics of the vehicle, although certainly not an expert). Any one else experiencing same? Any TSB's? I love the H3 and the T , just want to find this little demon. Thanks!

 

Similar noise in mine, they found a split bushing in the suspension.

 

Interesting, I had not thought of suspension???? Any more details as to where the bushing may have been? I'll crawl under tommorrow and check it out. Thanks
