The polish I use is FW1 it is made in the U.S the polish comes in a pressure pack and I will say after using Mothers and Mcguires all my life this stuff is very easy to use, just spray a spot and rub with a micro fibre cloth. I can do the whole H3 in about 1/2 hr, it can also be used on a dirty car without washing (so they say) it works great on chrome and glass also.
