how come his front grill says hummer and mine dont? not the bumper. Im talking about the grill.

You can buy/make brackets that will attach to the fairlead.

He added vinyl lettering. You can also use the chrome or plastic bumper letters (get on Ebay). That's what I did, then line-x'd over them.

excelent idea. I'd just get the one that the plate comes off. Sucks i cant show off my bad *** winch on the road all the time when i get it. ha!

I don't know how strict they are in NY. In CA I think its just a fix-it ticket. I would just keep it in the truck and if I get pulled over, just show the cop and slap it back on. (temporarily of course

)

I don't know about that, all you have to do is imagine the fairlead under the plate.

the cops in ca only use the law to check on high theft cars.... easy way to pull you over check if stolen.... never had front plates on any of my cars.....
