Default H3 UK OWNER

Hi all after a 8 week wait i eventually got my H3 Lux black with cashmere leather had for about 4 weeks now & i love it costing almost 35k thats british stirling proberly double what you lot pay in the US & with fuel at over £1.10 a litre people here in the UK frown upon that. Trouble is that i carnt get mudguards for the UK model. with the UK model has a 2" arch trim that goes on arches. Must admit it looks nicer with them on than without. Seen pics of US models with them & with mud guards. But can only get mudguards if i buy the whole kit about $450 plus shipping..Is there anybody who can tell me if the OEM or husky flaps will fit. The arch extensions have same profile as the arches i think i may have to slightly modify the front flaps this will be the area under the arch but the outside should be unmodified. Any help will be great...been getting funny looks from those eco hippy type scruffs when i fill up with petrol......whats all that about...happy new year all see the arch extensions in pic mine has standard wheels on it that pic is from showroom as i like to go offroading

WElcome to the forums. I don't know about the flaps but someone will be along shortly that can help. There was a thread on mud flaps within the past week. You may want to try a search for that thread.

From the looks of your pics, I'm thinking the guards will NOT fit. Anybody notice the front fender running light, it is frosted white and sticks out a bunch?

Nice ride, welcome and enjoy the forums.

Cheers all... the arches were because something about UK roadlaws & outerbody clearance to outside tyre so the arches were added..then something about side indicators being level with the bodywork etc etc. I do prefer the flush US type but would prefer them clear. Ikow you can get them think they were on ebay.seen some nice motors on here Still not sure about flaps might go for a front set of huskys cheers for good info
