I have 57k miles on my 06 and am out of warranty. I'm running 35" tires and have been reading about the radiator failures here and there and think putting in a trans cooler and capping off the radiator connection might be a smart thing to do BEFORE the snap hits the fan. I used the search feature and while there has been a discussion or two, there isn't a concrete favorite or method. So what's the one people have been using?? Unfortunately, I go to NYC a lot and that means traffic (two hours barely moving happens from time to time) so I'm thinking I need something with an electric fan as well. Suggestions?? Recommendations??

 

I know it's been discussed by pteam because he uses aux coolers with fans on his limos.

That might be a nice place to start.

I think many use the flex-a-lite fans.... I personally have always planned to add a power steering cooler but it's low on the list.
