i have a 2006 hummer h3 , i wanted it level out to the front so i tighten up the torsion bars, i tighten it up pretty much till i wouldnt anymore. but now since i tighten them when i drive its a really bouncy ride. any suggestions ?

Yes I have a suggestion. You went too far, the MAX is 23.5" from front fender lip to hub center. Any farther than that and you will start tearing up stuff pretty quick and get the bouncy ride thing. Once you have it set the same height across, go get a front end alignment.
