I have a H3 hummer with the basic sound system. I wanted to add a subwoofer to my system. Specifically the stealthbox made by JL. Only problem is I need the subwoofer grill piece that fits over the subwoofer in the rear cargo area(the one that is included with the monsoon system). I call my dealer they don't sell that part. I have been search the web pretty hard the past few days and I can't find anything. Does anyone know where I can buy that part?

 

I uploaded a picture of what it looks like in case anyone does not know what I am talking about. If they don't sell it would it be possible to make it?

 

Why not just take it to a stereo shop and have them install a grill over the area after they put the sub in for you? That would look just as good, if not better.

 

Unless you can find a crashed hummer someone is parting out. I would just do as gofaster suggested. Have a stereo installer make you one. Just some basic speaker covering will look nice.

I have the JL stealthbox in mine, love it. Takes a couple weeks for delivery though, they make them when ordered. I paid $489 delivered for it. Shop around, a lot of sellers are trying to get a premium for them. I've seen them advertised for as much as $700+
