Thanks for adding the pics - rack looks great ! a great compliment to your rig!! I "borrowed" some of your original pics for a fabrication guy who I am working with form something similar. If it works out, I will post some pics.

Did you use bolts only in the tracks or did you have a machined block (like Gobi)?

He did the opposite of GOBI and gave me blocks with threaded rod welded to them. They slide in the channel and the rods stick up. I used acorn nuts to give it a more finished look. Make sure your builder understands that the H3 roof is not flat. If he makes the rack flat, the the mounting braces in the front and rear should be longer and the ones in the middle should be shorter. If not, he should curve the main rails.
