Default H3 radio

Seriously going crazy . I recently purchased a 07 h3 . It had an after market radio that was low quality. I decided to upgrade to a touch screen radio .when I took the panel off to get to the radio I found that it had been hard wired in. So I wired the new radio in and everything seemed great until I noticed my instrument panel wasn't working .I turned the power off to the radio and it started working, Everytime I turn the radio on I lose my instrument panel and all dash lights .I'm going crazy please help .

Not sure what we can do online.

If feel you can diagnose the problem dive in. It sounds like who ever installed the previous head unit may have some connections that are not correct. REMOVE ALL of the old wiring and start from scratch with the proper adapters for your rig and radio depending on the year and options on your H3.
If not, take it to a local car audio shop and have them rewire it.

READ before you post. This was MOVED from the FAQ section because, like it tells everybody in a thread stuck at the top, not to post in that section. This is no FAQ.
