Default H3 power seat switch

Passenger side (ONLY) seat control switch just stopped working. Lumbar and heater work fine. Everything seems to be plugged in.

We just bought the 06 H3. I have had to do a little work on it but my wife loves it. All 4 sunroof drains were plugged.

[QUOTE=wpduffey;317503]Passenger side (ONLY) seat control switch just stopped working. Lumbar and heater work fine. Everything seems to be plugged in.

It must be the switch itself. It has power because the other switches are working, the drivers seat is working fine too so its not a fuse. Seems very odd that the passenger side switch would just all of a sudden go bad because it gets used the least. That switch is not cheap either $80-90 bucks. Any idea where is the best place to purchase it?
Has anyone else had one go bad?

unplug,,,replug connectors,,,VERY strange that all 3 sets of contacts go bad.

you may need to jump the wires to be sure,,,80 bucks covers a lot of your time!!

I though it odd too! I will check the connections again. I don't mind buying the switch but It just seems odd for the whole thing to stop working like that. at least its all the way back!
Thanks for your opinion though.
