i've decided recently to change my H3 project from a performance project to a more-of-exterior-work type of project

and i came a cross something called H3 open top which looks like that

does anyone knows where to get those .. i know it is a concept but there should be someone out there that did it or has the parts at least ... hopefully

I remember reading about this in the 2006-2007 era of the Hummer and I know that is was built by ASC (American Specialty Cars). I believe it was even at the Detroit auto show. I am not really sure where you would go to get that done other than ASC themselves. You can try contacting them and seeing...
