anyway swaping out the addons would be a fortune in parts and time and wasted old parts. then you need to get the electronics talking to the original equipment and add the dashboard switches,,, and do a lot of praying,,,and id love to see a movie of the whole show if it ever ends

i think u will find that if u want an h3 with the off road package,,,u will be wise to buy an h3 with the o r p.

 

In this part of the country my 06 H3 with I-5 came with the Adventure package.
My 08 H3 Alpha Lux came with Offroad package. It's listed that way on the window sticker.
I jumped the gun and bought an 08 thinking there might not be any 09's. I ordered a Championship model I found out about but it was delayed because of a strike by the people making the axles. Then my dealer found the Alpha LUX Offroad so I panicked and took it.
I did not get a front locker by doing that but with some inside info I knew I could get the Eaton locker later, with some work and of course money, if I felt like I needed it.
Then of course they did eventually make that model and even survived making H3's and the H3T until 2010. Ya just never know!
