H3 nerf bars

Looking to sell off my nerf bars, was wondering if they and the brackets fit any other platforms?

I am contemplating scrapping the OEM nerf’s for Rock Sliders w/step….
Anyone else do this already or any suggestions?
Was looking at a set from Smittybuilt….
