The front ends are set up the same way. As long as you don't go to 24" or more you should be ok. Mine are at 22.5" and I doubt there is any additional stress imposed. We go out about once a month. Did a night run in Last Chance Canyon last month. I'll let you know next time we head out.

Why would it take 20 minutes? Does that include going to 7-11 to get beer?

Well here's my 20 min.
5 min. to find a socket, breaker bar and ruler
5 min to decide if i want to crawl under an h3
5 min. to adjust and measure
5 min. to test drive and re -measure

WOW, i can add!

Add in the fact that the truck usually settles a little bit and frequently a second turn under the truck is called for to get both sides settled in at the same height.

For what it is worth I set mine at 24" to begin with. Front end steering seemed to float a little. I didn't like it and took it down until I found a height I liked. I am at 22.5". Looks good and steers like it is at OEM settings. Also less stress on the suspension.

Default Cranked bars and bump steer

Installed the "upgraded torsion keys" and cranked it up to 23.75 to match the rear-add-a leaf. Mistake! Scary bump steer, speed bump clank, hard acceleration over-extention of front end, (I have a blown V-8)....Having everything removed and starting over with Rancho 3"-4" lift that will drop the front diff, maintain front end geometry of steering tie-rods, and hopefully return some of the excellent handling I had with the stock ride.

Default Did the Rancho 3.5 lift

Removed the overcranked torsion keys and went with the Rancho 3.5 lift. Solved the over extension bang in the front end and nasty bump steer, but spent a fortune on custom mounts for remote reservoir shocks to fit properly. Happy with end result...wife needs to get over how much I spent..... Told her to go out and buy some new shoes....(just kidding...I'm not that brave...)
