Quick question. Do the kits you buy that allow you to control your iPone through the factory radio work on music apps like Pandora and Slacker radio? I know you cant control these apps through the radio but I was wanting to see if the adapters lock out the iPhone's app/phone options while it's connected to them? I really want to get one of these to use with my stock radio and Slacker Radio but I have not read much about this.

I am no electro whiz, but it depends on what year and model radio you have, then it depends on which adapter you choose for that year.

Search this in the H3 section as well.

 

someone else in the H3 section had an adapter found on amazon that just connected through the lines for the radio, but they did say the iphone controlled everything like normal
