I got no idea of what they are talking about. I have never even been pulled over in my H3 even though I guess it is fast enough to get a speeding ticket?

I once had a sheriff deputy point a finger at me when I was day dreaming going 31mph in a 25 about 4 blocks from work. My truck sits in the parking lot of a Sheriff Dept Mini Stationacrossed the street from the office all day, they all recognize it.

 

lol...I see a lot of other cars getting tickets before Hummers around here, although some H2 drivers around here fly by me often.

 

I got a speeding ticket the first week I had my h3! I was going downhill and picked up too much speed I guess.. He clocked me going 55 in a 40. My first speeding ticket EVER!

 

I was the recipient of a ticket on the 11 of December. I was traveling 80 in a 65 with three other cars at the same speed. Once I signed for ticket, I was told by the trooper that the fine was due in two weeks, Christmas Eve.Not sure if I was singled out due to my vehicle. I was speeding, so I guess it doesn't really matter.

 

wow very interesting ... i always thought of hummer owners driving slowly to show off, i guess not

but if u speed like me, u really need a RADAR !!!!

 

I wrote about it on my website early last week...and got my first ticket in 6 years last Thursday while driving the H3....ah irony.

 

I've never been pulled over and I've never seen a Hummer pulled over. I do have a radar detector and I'm sure that helps.

 

I got a ticket for running a yellow...errr red ... light , there was another car a little behind me, maybe a half a car length in the other lane, but the cop pulled me over only not the other guy.

I figured it was because of the Hummer, but i guess i did earn the ticket.

 

no think u got the ticket coz u actually ran a red light and the car behind u at least stopped not because u have a hummer (^_^)
