Default H2 plastic bumpers

How do you get rid of the milky build-up on the plastic part of the bumper on the H2? Best way to clean and shine and back to the original black?

Thanks for the relpy. I was told that WD 40 also works but was a little worried to try. No matter what I have used thus far only lasts about a day or two.

I ordered the Forever black last week and put it on today and it works great! Looks like brand new! Found out through other posts that this stuff really works.
