Default H2 owner from Chicago area

Love this forum! Looking forward to leaning on your general knowledge base and asking a few questions and gaining some insights. My H2 is a 2003 with 54K miles, relatively "bling free" except for brush guards and Manik step tubes. Belonged to my best friend, so I'm already well aware of how comfortable, smooth, and capable a ride they are. I've always said that H2's drive like they're 33% smaller than they really are- I'm sure you all know what I mean.

Forgot to mention exterior color is Pewter Metallic, with polished stock wheels. Will post up pics when I have met min. post requirements- it's incredibly clean and sharp.

Very nice, that's excellent on the miles for an 03. I'm bumping 60k on my 06 as we speak!

My 06 has 71,000 miles on it and not a single scratch on it except for like 3 or 4 bug splaters that were not cleaned in time before leaving an imprint on the hood. Such an impressive vehicle the H-2s are. Mine is black on black with chrome highlights here and there.

Agree, they are well finished and built for sure- time has shown that they're definitely a step up from other GM products. With some love and care, they really retain their appearance and finish.

The only quality issue that bothers me are all of the squeaks from the plastic door panels. I'll have to research the cure for them, no doubt you guys have figured that out by now, yes?

I inherited my H2 from my best friend, and we bonded over it many times. As much as I love it, ultimately I'm going to sell it. I need a vehicle that can haul a motorcycle, meaning a truck or van.

Thought I'd try a photo upload or three to see how they look:
