Appears to just be a replacement for the traditional bulb. LED's mounted to a custom heatsink that will fit and rotate into the bulb socket which then has a custom driver that I assume will have a pigtail to connect to the factory DRL plugs and then another you have to wire up to use the flood light function (always on with high beams or wired to your own switch that you supply).
The lumens numbers are a bit misleading. The Cree diodes are capable of those high numbers but it very much depends on the binning of the diodes, what color temperature (they do no indicate what the color temp is on the white diodes), and very much on how the drivers are configured in regards to how much current (and voltage) is being supplied, as well as the design of the reflectors and lenses used over. Actual useful lumens on the road will be quite a bit less. They do state they have a lifetime warranty though which is awesome but that also makes me feel like they are probably not driving the diodes at their maximum amount of current and voltage. Every bit that the current and voltage is reduced can greatly extend the life of the diodes as well as reduce how fast they lose lumens due to time on degradation. With the nice looking drivers I'm assuming they are setup as constant current which is far better than just putting unregulated voltage to them. Looks pretty high quality and well thought out. If the lenses on your lights are in bad shape that will also affect things - the reflector condition in your stock housings should not matter much as the diodes project light forward from the flat plane they are mounted to.

The LED lights are part of the unit that fits into the existing H2 Hummer daytime running lights housing. Remove the existing OEM light bulb and insert in the heatsink end with the LED Lights and turn it to the right so it snaps into place. We will take additional photos to show it installed, so you can see how it works.
