I have a set of LED's installed for the DRL's also. I don't think they are brighter than stock but they are much whiter.
If anyone is interseted you can check them out on ebay. A bunch of people sell them but here is1 example:

I putambers in theDRL's and I love the look with the cab lights on. I didn't go with the LED, cause I have read that even though the bulbs quote a long life, they don't last very long, so I dind't think it was worth the trouble.

Here is a quick one from this afternoon. Too much daylight to get the full effect. I'll post another when it gets darker. I'll fix it when I post the other pic later. Sorry, I cansee the pic fine, the google server I have is locking out the forrum for some reason. I'll fix it.
