Craigslist and eBay. There are some out there. The other option are the new aftermarket ones you can find on eBay as well. They are actually very well made and virtually identical to the originals with one catch - the bar end caps do not have locks and will easily fall out. Solution is to drill a small hole and tap it so you can put a stainless screw in to retain the end cap. The locking end caps really only keep the end caps from falling off and give very very minimal security to something attached to the top of the bar.
