I have a '03 H2. Does anyone have experience with chips and/or a K/N intake system?

Default h2 mpg

So is it a good assumption that I will get like 10 city and 13 highway? I just purchased a 03 h2. I was hoping for like 13 city and 16 highway.

Your are confused with the H3
Between 10 and 13 is absolutely normal for an H2

i have an 03 H2 w/
37 inch tires on 20 inch rims
K&N CIA
Diablo tuner
and 4.88 gears

on stock 4.10 gears i was getting a solid 8.9 mpg
on 4.88 gears i went to 10/9.9 MPG city driving

on he highway, figure about 11 or 12 mpg.

thats normally with 91 oct gas and with a octane booster or fuel injector cleaner added to the tank as well.

91 octane and octane booster = pissing money out the window. It will do nothing except making your wallet thinner.
It is only required if the manufacturer says so (which it does on the 6.2 engine. Your runs the same on 87

I have about 57k on my 2008 H2 and, relying on the car's info, I have averaged 11.5mpg. I am a 2nd owner but think this is fairly accurate.

2007 Hummer, vehicle info shows 11.7 with LT325/R50R22 tires, had a K & N installed recently, noticeable performance gain..but nothing yet on MPG..plan on getting a custom catback true dual exhausts, flowmasters, installed and then getting it tune..from what I have researched, converse with other owners, to include reputable performance shops...that after I get all this mods on..I have to get the vehicle tuned to get it to perform better...getting it tune will also help in the MPG savings up to 2 - 4 MPG..but we will see.

Thats just a trick .... Just reset the AVG MPG when you go in Highway the it will show you big numbers .... I got 22-25 .. Just did it for fun to take a couple pics to show my friends ...
In fact notice he just fuel the tank

Mine is 11 mpg all the time .. 75%City -25%Highway ... I quit long ago trying to
improve the MPG ... too much stress without any results
