1995 h1 stalls out. i've replaced the lift pump, all fluids, fuel filter, oil pressure switch, and oil pressure sensor. still stalls out and is hard to start back up. ran new gas in it, the lift pump does not show any power when i hook up a tester. any help would be great.

 

I'm assuming you have a diesel...my 97 td is doing the same and the general consensus is that it's the pmd. A relatively cheap and easy fix with a d-tech pmd.

 

hello guys.i had the same issue.check the fuel pump sensor plug.is a 4 pin black plug just in the upper part of the pump.remove it, check the pins and clean them,and put it back.[>:]this connectors and the ones inside the truck are poor quality.[:@]

 

your hummer being a 95 has a non turbo engine. the injection pump is a mechanical one with no electronics. if it is stalling, it is because of a fuel issue or you are losing the power to you shut off solenoid on the top of the injection pump. how often does it stall? do you have to prime the fuel filter to get it started?

 

its the injector pump. its bad, any one know where i can get one besides the dealer.
